How long does it take for my gift to arrive?
 
Christmas deliveries:
 
1)      Gifts containing no perishable foods will be despatched from 1st to 22nd December.
2)      Gifts containing cheese will be despatched from the 7th to 22nd December.
3)      Gifts containing smoked salmon will be despatched from 14th to 22nd December.
Please note: smoked Salmon gifts will only be despatched Mon- Wed.
 
Non – Christmas delivery times:
Orders received by 11.00 am GMT will be despatched subject to stock availability for delivery the next working day (excludes Saturday)
 
Can I choose a delivery day?
Yes you can order online for any date in advance. At the checkout you can select the date of your choice. We are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date. However 98% of gifts arrive on the chosen date.
 
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery starts at £6.99 (inc. vat) depending on the weight of the goods. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.
 
Can I make a timed delivery?

Where do you deliver to?
England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands for next day delivery.
Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, allow an additional day for delivery.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes all orders include a personal message card. The message can be entered online when you order your gift. Please remember to include you own name so that the recipient knows who has sent the gift!
 
What happens if my gift arrives late?
Your gift is despatched by Fedex 24 hour service (Scottish Highlands, N Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight 48 hour service) 98% of gifts arrive on the correct day, however we cannot guarantee this once the gift is with the Courier. Therefore, for special events It is advisable to order your gift to arrive a day early.
 
If no delivery attempt has been made and you have chosen an additional delivery service e.g. Saturday or before 9.00 am delivery then only the additional price of timed delivery will be refunded. We regret that we cannot offer a full refund of the goods.
 
If a delivery attempt was made and the recipient was not at home we cannot offer any refund whatsoever.
 
What if the recipient is not at home?
If no one is at home the courier will leave a card with telephone number to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please note that if the gift contains perishable food and the recipient is not at home no claim may be made.
